Where are you based? Is there an actual store where i can purchase the products?
We're located in Singapore, items available via online Blogshop only.

In which currency is the items priced? Do you ship internationally?
All prices listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Yes we accept overseas orders.

How can i place an order at IdolSpree?
Pls email an Order Form duly completed to idolspree@gmail.com.
We will reply within 48 hrs with required payment details.

How can i make payment for my order?
Singapore: POSB iBanking/ ATM Transfer/ Direct Deposit/ Meetup (Kovan MRT)
Malaysia: MayBank iBanking/ ATM Transfer
Overseas: PayPal/ Credit Card/ Western Union/ Concealed Cash (in local currency)

Are there any additional charges for shipping?
We charge for normal and registered postage, subject to weight & size of order.

What are the differences between normal & registered postage?
Normal postage is an ordinary service where the postman drops the mail into your letterbox.
Registered postage costs extra SGD2.50 but comes with a tracking number to ensure delivery.
You will need someone at home to sign for the package.

What do you mean by instock or preorder items?
Instock products are available on-hand & can be shipped once payment is received.
Preorder merchandises need time for processing & will arrive in 3~4 weeks after closure.

Is there any exchange policy if item is defected upon arrival?
All products are thoroughly checked before shipment & as such we do not offer exchanges.
Rest assured fragile items are bubblewrapped or packed in boxes before mailing.
